(1) Section 19A, 19B. And the investigation and scope of the case related to the offense to be punished according to sub-section (2) of section 30 will be done by the inspector.
(2) The investigation and scope of the case related to the offense punishable under sub-section (3) of section 30 will be done by the officer designated by the controller.
(3) After the completion of the investigation according to sub-section (1) or (2), the investigating officer shall submit the investigation report to the public prosecutor before the deadline for filing the case."
